    Awesome Kitchen Tool!

    Never used a better knife in my 69 years! So beautiful too. Balanced and comfortable in the hand. So sharp that it cut about 1/2 hour of prep time in chopping when I made potato salad. Can't wait to make sushi since it is made best with a super sharp knife. Saving up for my next santoku.

    Wonderful Santoku so far

    I've used this knife for several different foods (even tomatoes) and am wholly impressed. The blade is sharp and precise, the handle is comfortable, and I love the balance and weight. AND it's beautiful! I can't speak to the durability yet, as I've only had it less than a month, but at this point I highly recommend. I would also recommend picking up the wooden blade guard to keep it safe (or the magnetic board, if that's more your style).
